People ask me what it's like being a REALTOR®.

Well... let's just say my job description changes about every 15 minutes.

One minute I'm helping buyers find the perfect home.

The next, I'm negotiating an offer, reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, answering a dozen text messages, explaining market trends, calming nerves, and trying to remember whether I've had my first coffee... or my fourth.

Real estate has a funny way of keeping you on your toes.

Some days I'm a strategist.

Some days I'm a detective.

Some days I'm a professional problem solver.

And every once in a while, I'm the guy reminding everyone that we'll get through this together because yes, this is normal.

The truth is, buying or selling a home isn't just a transaction. It's a big life moment. It comes with excitement, questions, uncertainty, and sometimes a little bit of panic.

That's why I wear so many hats.

Not because I have to.
