All Set Style
POV: the person about to transform your entire wardrobe has been a fashionista since age 5. The yellow frames were intentional. The ruffled collar was a choice. I stand by both. 💛
A Style Foundations session looks like colour draping, body proportions, and wardrobe direction. And it is all of those things, but the real work happening underneath all of that is getting to know you.
Who you are, how you want to feel, and what you want to say to the world without saying a word.
When we get clear on that, your wardrobe stops being something you stress over and starts becoming something that actually represents you. You walk away not just knowing what colours and cuts work, but feeling more like yourself than you maybe have in a long time.
That’s what this work is really about. Not just looking good, but showing up genuinely and confidently as who you actually are.
If that sounds like something you need, I’d love to connect. Visit allsetstyle.com to learn more or book a discovery call. ✨

Our smiles say it all. 💙❤️ One of my favourite moments in this work is seeing the shift that happens when someone understands why certain things work so well for them.
Understanding colour and silhouette means clarity. When you know the colours that naturally bring life to your features and the shapes that complement your body, getting dressed becomes so much easier, your wardrobe works harder for you, and you spend less time wondering why something doesn't feel quite right.
Understanding these tools (not rules!) means understanding yourself better and learning how to use clothing to help you show up as the version of yourself you already are.
There’s something really powerful about putting on an outfit that actually feels like you... The one you put on and feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself in.
I think a lot of people assume style confidence comes from buying more clothes, but most of the time it comes from understanding yourself better.
I can’t tell you how many people I work with who have closets full of clothes but still feel frustrated getting dressed every day. They keep buying things hoping this next piece will finally make everything click… but then it sits in the closet with the tags on.
That’s a big part of what I talked about in my newest blog post.
We put so much pressure on ourselves to “figure it out,” but without the right tools or clarity, getting dressed can start to feel exhausting instead of enjoyable.
When you understand your colours, your shape, your style personality, and how you actually live your day-to-day life, shopping, getting dressed, and feeling like yourself gets easier.
If you ask me, that kind of confidence reaches way beyond your closet.

Edmonton finally gave us the green light to start dressing like spring is actually here ☀️
One of the biggest mistakes people make when transitioning their wardrobe between seasons is packing everything away too quickly. Spring dressing is all about mixing pieces instead of doing a full closet swap overnight.
Think:
• skirts with sneakers and a basic tee
• lightweight knits layered over dresses
• denim jackets instead of winter coats
• boots paired with softer spring fabrics
• keeping a few neutral layering pieces handy for those “why is it 4 degrees this morning?” Edmonton days 😅
This is also the perfect time to start rotating in colours, fabrics, and silhouettes that feel lighter and more energizing while still using pieces you already own and love.
Your wardrobe doesn’t need to completely change every season. The goal is to make it work smarter by styling pieces differently and creating more outfit combinations from what’s already there.
If you need help going through this change, send me a DM and let’s come up with a plan that works for your lifestyle!
