The Beaver Lake Intake Tower Replacement Project is now complete, supporting a more reliable and efficient water system for the Lake Country community.

Delivered for the District of Lake Country, the project replaced aging infrastructure and introduced new systems to improve access to lake storage and enable automated water releases. The work included construction of a new control tower, installation of high-density polyethylene piping, and complex foundation and embankment upgrades, along with careful environmental management throughout.

This project represents an important investment in local agricultural water infrastructure, helping support a dependable water supply for farmers and the community for years to come.

Our project team is proud to contribute to the Child Development Centre of Fort St. John through its Nelson Home Capital Campaign. This initiative is funding the renovation of a new space that will provide support services for youth with diverse and complex needs.

Located next to our Water Reservoir Replacement project, the Centre has grown into a regional hub, providing comprehensive services that support local children and families.

What was once a vacant site is being transformed into a five‑storey building that will soon provide 28 new affordable homes. Designed to integrate into the surrounding neighbourhood, the project blends residential and community‑serving space in a compact, walkable location.

From the outset, Indigenous engagement has been an important part of the work. Early collaboration with local Indigenous organizations, educational institutions, employment centres, and community partners helped shape opportunities for local involvement throughout construction.

As final details come together, this project is getting ready to welcome residents and support M’akola Housing Society’s ongoing commitment to affordable, community‑driven housing in Penticton.
