We are Edmonton's first distillery, not since prohibition, but ever. Our small team will develop an expanding line of fine spirits that will attempt to embody the essence of Edmonton and the land surrounding it by using locally grown and sourced ingredients and partners.

Our physical location is an important part of our history as well; as it's story continues to be written, we move from acting as a hosting space of strange, wild revelry and artistic expression, to trying to harness and bottle the expression of pure, locally grown flavour. Now available!
