**Internet Outage Update – Gregoire**

We are aware of the current internet outage affecting customers in Gregoire.

The outage has been caused by a core equipment failure on Bell’s network equipment, which is the location where Arrow connects into the network. Bell has advised us that replacement equipment is expected to be onsite by **12:00 noon**.

Once the equipment arrives, Bell will begin the repair process, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Wabasca, Bigstone, Calling Lake, and Gambler
Power has been restored but not all services are reconnecting. Techs are aware and working this now.
