Integration Pilates Studios

Integration offers classes in PIlates Mat, the full range of Pilates Equipment, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Gravity Straps and Kettlebars. We have an extensive array of props and apparatus to keep clients connected to their body and their workout. We have worked with clients a wide variety of injuries and chronic conditions, as well as top athletes, super moms and extreme desk jockeys!
