We are really excited to be partnering with Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company to launch the new Uncommon Pursuits lineup of beers! Join us on Saturday, May 31st for a sun-soaked day of brewing craftsmanship and shucked shells! 💪

Uncommon Pursuits: Crabapple is a collaboration with Uncommon Cider Co. that started with crab apples harvested from backyards in the city of Calgary in 2019. Uncommon made the cider using some of our barrels, and released it alongside three other fruit wines in 2021. The freshly emptied barrels were then filled with spontaneous beer at Blind Enthusiasm, where they fermented for two years, picking up distinct flavours from each barrel and fruit. Saturday, May 31 is the Edmonton launch party, at The Monolith. Experience all 4 of the new Uncommon Pursuits beers alongside oysters from Ocean Odyssey Inland. Stay tuned for details about the Calgary release on June 13 and 14 in Calgary at Uncommon Cider.

The Top 100 was released recently, and we’re stoked that 7 of the first 10 entries are part of the - If you’re looking for a sublime dining experience, make a reservation. Maybe get the fish and/or seafood 😉
