As always, Bar Bricco delivers a consistently tremendous experience. The Egg Yolk Raviolo, which is my favourite dish in the city is just gorgeous with the fragrant Burnt Butter and Sage, and the luxurious, oozing egg yolk inside and the rich, sharp Grana Padano combining for such a beautiful culinary and taste experience. The Fonduta Agnolotti, another one of my favourites in the city is so simple, but so perfect. Take the Agnolotti, dip it into the aromatic sage butter and roll it around in the Grana for such a perfect little bite each time. The House Cultured Truffle Butter Crostino, is another experience in itself altogether with that rich, flavourful truffle butter combining so well with the slightly salty, meaty and very flavourful Culatello. The Kale Salad, another classic at Bar Bricco is always delicious as well and is such a well done salad flavour wise and texturally because of the Pangrattato. Add in a Negroni, or any of their beautifully curated selection of cocktails and wines and you have one hell of a meal, especially when you finish it off with one of their in-house made amaros. At this point I’ve had all of the variants, and each are impressive and very distinct from each other. Once again , , and the entire team at Bar Bricco have delivered another very exceptional experience and one that continually makes this the top spot on my list in the city. @ Bar Bricco

It’s no secret that I really love the Bacon Pepper Smash Burger at . Ground In-House Beef Smash Patty (I got three!) , Smash Sauce, Pickled Peppers, Bacon, Iceberg Lettuce, and American Cheddar. It’s something that I really can’t get enough of, and can’t love enough. And how could I? As once said, the smash patties themselves have that classic, crispy, craggy crust on them that is hard to deny and are just so incredibly juicy. Take two of them, or even three in my case, and it’s just so indulgently and inherently satisfying with every bite, especially with the crispy bacon, tangy and crunchy pickled peppers, the gooey melted American Cheddar, and that zing from the Smash Sauce. Hands down this is one of my favourite dishes in the city because it’s just so enjoyable and just such a simple but perfectly executed burger. With some crispy, hot Garlic Fries and a flight of your favourite rotating local craft beers (Pictured are selections from , , , and ) and you quite simply have one hell of a meal. There is a reason why I keep combing back to Fox Burger Bar, and where it’s the amazing food, the fantastic curated selection of craft beer, or the awesome people behind it, it’s always a great night out! If you haven’t been yet, you NEED to go! @ Fox Burger
