Hey Babes! I just got back from a wonderful new years trip to California!! We went to celebrate Disney100 at Disneyland, and ride the brand new attraction!
I felt so blessed to be able to have this opportunity, and it really made me think. All my life, I’ve wanted to live in California, or just be there more often. Now, I’ve gotten to the point where I get to go down to Disneyland 2-3 times a year, and reflecting on that it’s all because I have the dreams to do so. YOU GET TO DECIDE WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE. Do what makes you happy! Life is short, so remember if you don’t get one workout in, or you enjoy some treats on vacation, it’s all worth it. Just do you.

Happy Tuesday babes✨ it was a beautiful thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, and now back to the grind! Dinner tonight was homemade potato soup with some garden veggies, and a Turkey bacon and tomato sandwich on whole grain toast after a long day at work, and let me tell you now I am relaxed and living my best life ✨

Life has been busy as heck lately, and I’ve barely been active on my phone at all. It gets to me so often when I get busy and caught up in life that I haven’t been posting as often as I’d like. Sharing my life on here is what I love to do most!!! And we all need to do what we love💗

Nutrition has been going well, and my workouts have been pretty meh for the last month but that’s okay! I can’t wait to share more fall recipes with you all and all the workout content. Back in action, and not letting anything or anyone stop me. Let’s all start living like that ✨✨✨

I’ve REALLY been enjoying this dessert lately. Fat free/sugar free pudding, banana layered on the bottom and top, then some light cool whip to top it off! So delish, low in fat and sugar, and so satisfying 😋

Happy Monday loves✨ I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! Now it’s time to kick it into high gear and have a great week! I’m just about to crush an upper body chest/triceps workout, get some work done today, train some clients, go for a nice walk, and feel GOOD about my week. I’ve been very stressed/anxious this past week and it’s been a struggle to want to do these things. Thankfully my mom was here to visit and made things a lot easier for me. Thanks mom💗

So in saying all of this, I am really putting in extra effort this week into giving it my all, being me, and being kind to me, so that I can feel happy! These feelings take the life out of me so I’m trying to do better. Working out is my first step today to doing better, so let’s crush it✨✨✨

My go-to breakfast lately because I started getting a new sourdough from the bakery at our local grocery store, and it is perfect for🥑 toast! I’ve been obsessed with topping mine with garlic salt and honey, don’t knock it till you try it!!! Served up with some Turkey bacon or eggs, so so good😋

It’s been a lovely, trained some clients, did 2 workouts (🥵), working on my nutrition course now, and training more later! Also gotta do some cleaning cause it’s my birthday on Friday and I need to start this new age with a clean physical and mental space! Lots of fun stuff!

Sunday evening calls for ooey-gooey fudgy heathy brownies! I found this recipe randomly on TikTok, and had to make it! It’s made with wholesome ingredients, no refined sugar or flour, and is gluten free/can be made vegan! Here’s the recipe:
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs (or flax egg)
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips/toppings of choice!
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes and let cool! So delish😋
