Whether you want to curl up on the couch with a glass of wine or are hosting some friends or family our air dried meat products are the perfect snack and make for a unique charcuterie board.

Biltong, Drywors, Chili bites and Cabanossi are not your average Beef Jerky or Pepperoni Sticks. Instead of adding curing salts and a wack of sugars we cure with good old fashion vinegar and sea salt. After marinating and seasoning we skip the smoking process and put all our meats into an air drier for a minimum of 3 days or until the water balance is just right.

When we pull these products from the drier they are soft on the inside leaving a juicy and flavorful meat snack that is super high in protein and even better in taste.

Trust the dry-aging science.

Dating back to the 1950s, butchers began experimenting with the dry aging process, and they quickly discovered that dry aging beef cuts created some of the finest, juiciest, and most tender steaks ever.

To this day, we still dry age the finest cuts of beef to provide top-quality steaks every single time. You can’t get this at the grocery store. Stop by and give our dry aged beef a go!
