We use a local government certified butcher so you can be confident that what you and your family are enjoying is safe and that every aspect is truly locally produced. The government has expanded the definition of 'locally raised' to include beef that have been held in a lot for 24 hours or more. It doesn't necessarily mean that it has been locally raised by a local farmer. This change makes it hard to know if something is truly from your local farm but by purchasing directly from our farm, you are supporting your local farmer while enjoying the best products possible.
