Northern Spain Mushroom Dinner – September 21st

Smoked octopus with mushrooms, olives, roasted peppers and garlic

Roasted mushrooms and hazelnut tapenade

Plates:

Smoked mussels, porcini and bread soup

Tortilla with chanterelles and caramelized tomato sauce, mixed greens, sherry vinaigrette

Stew of seafood and mushrooms with potatoes, peppers, beans, saffron

Tarte de Santiago (almond tart) with roasted peach and honey
