The Cow-Op is an initiative of the Cowichan Valley Cooperative Marketplace whose mandate is to increase food security, access to healthy local food, and farm viability on Vancouver Island, including but not restricted to: facilitating connection between consumers and local food producers, consumer education, farmer education, land access and labour pools.
