We meet every Wednesday 4.30 - 5.30pm (Cowichan Library) in Duncan. We are a club focused on personal development in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. If you live in the Cowichan Valley please drop by to any of our meetings. Silverbridge Toastmasters is a nonprofit organization that helps people improve their communication, public speaking and leadership skills.
Thanks to Toastmasters I was able to practice and fine tune my 3 minute Thesis and won the "People's Choice" award for my speech at Vancouver Island University Donna Whyte
