My job in progress on Cowichan Lake Rd. Working with the Excavator, the home owner is cleaning up their land, removing trees & stumps, re-routing the ditch, adding drain rock, and leveling the land in preparation for ... anything's possible!

Last week I was hired by a homeowner in Sathlam for a Site preparation project. They needed an area of their land grubbing up, removing any remaining roots, brush, brambles & rocks and rough grading now that the tree's have been cleared and the stumps ground out. I filled the holes left from clearing and roughly graded off the land. The remaining material was piled off to the side. The area is now ready to be hand raked, and level graded if the homeowner chooses.
