The ramping up of our presence and support to Western Canada continues...

With Jeff and Trevor serving as everyday contact and support for dealers across the Prairies and over the Rockies, our commitment to being closer to our partners is stronger than ever. This week Karem is on the road, visiting dealers throughout Western Canada and sharing the benefits of starting (or growing!) their partnership with us.

Two days into the trip, and already this journey has been revealing. The spectacular landscapes are one thing, but learning about the unique opportunities and challenges faced by Custom Integrators in each region are just as compelling. This first-hand exposure and understanding of every market's unique story is key to providing timely, relevant support.

It has also been a reminder of the realities many Canadians are facing. From the floods impacting Winnipeg and surrounding communities across Manitoba, to the many natural & human challenges that affect people from coast to coast, none of us are immune. Indeed, the "partnerships" we aim to foster are about more than just products and services.

As we continue expanding our presence in the West, our goal remains unchanged: to be the trusted one-stop for pros when expertise, local support, and human connection are critical for success.

We want to wish all our Quebec partners, customers, and friends a wonderful National Holiday filled with celebration and good times....as much as a Wednesday break permits. 🙂

Please note that our Quebec branch will be closed on June 24 in observance of the holiday. Dealers requiring support can still reach our Ontario team, who will be happy to assist.
