I often really struggle to answer this question because the answer is “It Depends!”

I am trained in a wide variety of hands-on massage therapy techniques that range from relaxing to quite intense but it all depends on your symptoms, what your tolerance is, your goals and your preferences!

No two of my massages are ever the same and they are always tailored specifically for you and developed with your input.
