Hi, I'm a Realtor in Metro Vancouver who got into real estate as I was frustrated with the realtors I was working with when buying my first home. My priority was my two young boys. I needed a house in a cul de sac with a fenced-in yard so the boys could play outside without me constantly watching them. As a full-time working mom (I switched my work to nights while my hubby worked days for child-minding) I sometimes needed to nap and I needed a safe home for them.

As a first-time buyer, I was shown everything but a house with my criteria. One realtor showed me a house with a gazebo that took up a lot of the yard for "romantic evenings with hubby"!

I work with first-time buyers, guiding and educating them on real estate transactions, all before we sign a contract of purchase! I help Sellers make educated decisions on when best to sell even if it means a year away. When I got into the business I was told to just SELL. I do not agree with this.
