This morning, the Acorn team had the opportunity to take part in an in-house training session with the experts from Navien, diving deeper into system performance, installation best practices, diagnostics, and the latest innovations in high-efficiency heating technology.

Ongoing training is a huge part of delivering the level of service our customers expect. The more knowledge our technicians have in the field, the better we can troubleshoot, install, and recommend the right solutions with confidence.
