These are parsley seeds! We let our parsley go to seed last summer and harvested them at their peak. We’ve used these seeds to seed new parsley babies this winter which we hope to have ready for you to enjoy soon! Saving seeds is very bucket filling and we’re excited to continue learning and leaning into this in the hopes of selling our own seeds to you one day. ✨
