Our budget-friendly Bee Champion Gin captures the scent of a coastal garden in full bloom, with lavender from Shamrock Farm and cucumber peel from Bates Beach Farm Market , which is grown with our spent-grain compost.
You’ll taste juniper and locally picked spruce tips (from Laura's yard!) first, followed by citrus and lemongrass, with lavender, rosehip, and violet adding floral notes. Sarsaparilla root gives it a smooth vanilla finish. It’s like enjoying Vancouver Island in a glass, any time of year.

Our Unruly Gin starts with BC honey (including from our own hives), which is fermented into mead before it ever becomes a spirit. Vapour-infused with cedar, citrus, lavender, sarsaparilla, and coriander with local ingredients wherever we can source them. The result is floral, complex, and memorable for the right reasons.
