Prontissima Pasta

As promised. Turkey Shepherds pie. And we made beef lasagnas. Both are ready tomorrow. Being a small batch business, we are limiting the number of Shepherds pies to one per customer. We are open 11-3:00 on Christmas Eve.

It’s back!!! Tubettini is once again in production. And so is tubetti. Chunky and fun….just like some people I know. We made a nice big batch. For those days when you’ve maxed out on Turkey. Come buy the shop. We have lots of product in store. Mac & Cheese, jumbo stuffed shells, cannelloni, meatballs, tons of soup ( maybe that’s litres?), and a full selection of sauces and pesto. And for desserts we have tiramisu, cannoli, and a variety of cookies…..While quantities last. We are open today 12-4 and Tuesday 11-5:30 We will be open 11-3:00 on Christmas Eve and closed for the remainder of the holidays. We reopen on January 6th.

It has been a week. Trying to keep up with the significant production demands. I’ve given the little lego guy permission to pull a few night shifts. Today we put together some pasta bakes, a new batch of both kinds of meatballs, and oxtail & barley soup. Tomorrow we make Italian Sausage ragu and get started on our chimichangas con puerco and chicken enchiladas. More to come. Drop buy the shop. Lots of choices for every appetite. Open 11-5:30 Tuesday to Friday and 12-4 on Saturday. Me and the little Lego guy will be waiting for you.

“Did somebody say Lasagna?” ( Garfield) Our beef lasagnas are ready today. So are the strata dolce and savoury breakfast meat stratas. Breakfast just got a whole lot easier. And just in case you didn’t get enough turkey….. our turkey shepherd’s pies are available. Made with homemade stuffing, gravy, peas & carrots, big chunks of turkey, topped with mashed taters…..yummmmm. And there’s soup…turkey noodle soup, carrot, coconut & ginger soup, and broccoli cheddar soup. Now you can face the rainy and wet days ahead. Come buy the shop.
