Very powerful and important statement from K'ómoks First Nation on the upcoming event today and this week in Comox Valley Regional District. In reference to this group KFN shares a clear statement "[group] is not welcome in K’ómoks Territory. Events that promote hate, division, and racism have no place in our community." And "We stand firm with declaring that Ms. Gaw and her organization, Action4Canada, are not welcome in our territory, which encompasses the Comox Valley."

I stand in solidarity with KFN Chief & Council, members of Indigenous, people of colour, 2SLGBTQIA+, unhoused, and the other diverse individuals who experience prejudice and hate in our community.
