New week. Fresh start 🤍

I didn’t post much this weekend and honestly, I needed that. I rested, I slowed down, I listened to my body. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is… nothing.

This morning I showed up again. Week 7 of 12.

I’m loving the progress not just physically, but mentally. That’s the real win for me. The strength, the discipline, the consistency… the rest will follow.

Still a little tired, but I’m here. And that’s enough.

The world had me up early today… 4:00am.
And by 4:44 I was wide awake, rested, and dialed in.

Something is shifting.

My body is adjusting to the new routine, the food, the movement, the intentional way I’ve been living these past months. And this morning I found myself sitting down with my studies, focused and calm.

I actually paused for a second and laughed to myself…

Who is this woman I’m becoming?

And honestly… I love her.

Sometimes the biggest changes in our lives don’t happen in loud moments. They happen quietly, early in the morning, when you start showing up for yourself in ways you never did before.

Let’s go.
