Free Communication Works training program
Whether you’re preparing for employment or simply wanting to feel more confident in daily conversations, this course can help you take the next step.
When looking for a job, strong communication skills can make a huge difference. In fact, employers consistently rank communication as one of the top skills they look for in new hires. From job interviews and customer service to teamwork and workplace problem-solving, knowing how to speak clearly, listen well, and work with others can help you stand out.
Tri-County Literacy Council’s FREE Communication Works program helps adults build confidence in everyday and workplace communication. Learn skills like assertiveness, handling feedback, conflict resolution, body language, and professional interaction in a supportive environment.
This 5-week class starts in August. It runs Mondays and Thursdays, 1pm to 3pm.
