Does social media creates distress in all of us?? Well...only if you are unaware that not every piece of news or media is truth...when you get a negative feeling to what you are looking at or seeing or hearing..as you take this in...please discern whether or this that you are partaking in is even healthy for you. That perhaps not all that you are engaged in with regards to social media is truthful and as you check in with yourself..be sure..that would you continue to watch and hooked into the content..is it stressing you out??
Please stop...say no to the aspects of media or information that creates distress within yourself!!!
Be kind to yourself...find other habits that bring you joy and laughter!!! Love yourself enough to be good to yourself..the world needs you to be healthy and an example of what that can look like!!! Truthfully...being you and connecting with your joy and fun and love...is what you and all of us need more of!!!
