It’s sausage making time, also making Greek chicken for dinner and prepping a pork belly for Italian Porchetta. I like cool weather Saturdays at home, time to prep winter supplies. Good food takes time and a certain skill set, I like knowing what’s in the food I’m eating and serving family and friends.
