Today we celebrate International Women’s Day. Despite the construction industry historically being largely dominated by men, we are incredibly fortunate to have so many inspiring women here in Reotech.

According to BuildForce Canada, only 13% of Canadians employed in construction are women. Although this number is on the rise, we still have a long way to go. In order to mark the occasion, we asked our team to share what they would say to any women out there considering joining the construction industry.
