Get these 4 ingredients ASAP. This cheesecake is low calorie, low carb, sugar free, no bake and so easy to make. I mean what else could you ask for? 
There was actually a bit of a drama in my kitchen while making this. Long story short, taking the last shots, I dropped my phone on the cake and destroyed it. Had to make a new one. Speaking of which, my apologies for all the screaming (if you watched my stories you’ll know)🥲 Can’t complaint tho, 2 cheesecakes are always better than just one 😎

Single portion only 220 cals

Here the ingredients:

1️⃣1 egg
2️⃣2 tbsp cream cheese
3️⃣1 tbsp high protein yoghurt 
4️⃣1 tbsp sweetener 
Touch of vanilla (optional) 

Add all the ingredients to a microwave safe dish and mix until smooth. I highly recommend using the blender as the cream cheese might take a little while to integrate. Cook in the microwave on medium heat for about 2 mins(keeping an 👁 on it). Refrigerate for an hour minimum. Add toppings of choice and enjoy
