The Enhanced HST Rebate for New Construction Homes in Ontario has officially passed, allowing eligible buyers to save up to $130,000 on the purchase of a new home.
✅ Applies to Agreements of Purchase and Sale signed between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027
✅ Homes purchased from a builder must meet the program's construction timelines, including construction beginning by December 31, 2028 and substantial completion by December 31, 2031
✅ Fidelity Homes handles the rebate paperwork with the CRA on your behalf, allowing eligible purchasers to benefit from the savings directly on their purchase price
