So many women have been told, directly or indirectly, that they are too much.

Too emotional.
Too loud.
Too intense.
Too sensitive.
Too powerful.
Too wild.

And somewhere along the way, the body starts listening.

We learn to soften our edges.
Hold back our voice.
Manage everyone else’s comfort.
Shrink what was never meant to be contained.

This breathwork session is an invitation to do something different.

To create space for the wild woman within, not as something chaotic or uncontrolled, but as something deeply alive, intuitive, powerful, and true.

Through a guided holotropic-style breathing practice, powerful music, and a safe, supportive container, we’ll move beyond the thinking mind and into the body, where so much emotion, resistance, and unexpressed energy is held.
