As a female owned, local business, it’s incredible to be able to work with Eleiko to provide the highest quality equipment from a company that has a history of promoting gender equality in the workplace and sports.


Gender equality has come a long way since the 1950s, but injustice still exists. These are the actions we take at Eleiko to decrease them.

Product: We work actively with our products to ensure they appeal to both women and men; small but important details can have a significant impact.

Marketing: We work to make more people stronger and believe that strength is part of living life to the fullest. Strength does not belong to a particular gender. Strength is for everyone.

We aim to use a balance of men and women in our imagery and video. We have a policy against sexism. In our imagery and marketing material, we focus on performance.

Eleiko as an employer: We work actively for gender diversity across the company. We believe a company performs better with a mix of genders.

We work continually to raise the bar and be a little better and more equal daily. If you believe we can improve, please share your ideas with us.

the start of a new year is a great time to reflect on your progress and re-evaluate your goals. if you reached your goals, it’s time to set new one. if you have yet to reach your goals, maybe it’s time to break them up into more manageable parts. having a goal to reach toward can be great motivation but consistency and balance is key when working towards a healthy lifestyle.
