BASEMENT BEDROOM UPDATE

Baseboard and casings, and final coat on the walls!

Love the wall feature color chosen here, worried that it would darken this smaller space, but it is perfect!

FLOORING INSTALL

We are back after holidays with a bang. Vrej our flooring contractor is working hard with Sam putting in LVP on a upper floor of a local home.

This previously had older original 30+ yr old carpet in the bedrooms, and a cherry toned darker LVP in the bathroom and on the landing.

New flooring will give this space a huge facelift, and bring some light to it.

UPDATE

First coat of pain down here !

This basement previously was boarded with 1/2 “ MDF. The client wanted a drywall look without the cost of taking it down.

Took the battons between the boards down, filled in between to keep everything from shifting, and to give a flush, perfect drywall look without the expense of tear down.

Over all this basement is coming together nicely, and the color ‘calm’ is perfect for this space.

Trim and casings are next to go up, then final coat of paint.
