In this image, I’m carefully tattooing the ar**la complex for a client who underwent a single mastectomy following a breast cancer diagnosis. She previously had reconstruction with a ni**le graft. Our goal was to thoughtfully recreate the ar**la to match her natural side — in tone, size, softness, and dimension.
