*shower
*exfoliate your entire body
*do not apply any moisturizer, perfume or makeup (eye makeup is fine)
*wear comfy/loose fitting clothes for afterwards

How to Maintain? Your tan will fade naturally as your skin exfoliates, therefore, the more you moisturize the longer your tan will last. It is also a good idea to avoid using a luffa on the days following your spray tan - your tan will last longer by simply using your hands to wash your body and remembering to pat your skin dry, rather than rubbing with a towel.
