My customer had a Worn timing belt on there Mitsubishi, 4 exhaust and 4 intake valves where bent, You can see the exhaust valve marks on the close up picture of the piston.

For the people unfamiliar with dodge hemi engines, they use 16 spark plugs as apart of there combustion design, these came out of a newer Dodge Ram 1500

The steering wheel clockspring on your vehicle is a vital electrical connection that allows your steering wheel commands, horn and steering wheel airbag unit to function while the wheel is being turned to various angles.

This particular vehicle had airbag codes with the airbag light on related to a faulty clockspring.

A brand new unit was installed to remedy the airbag issues

Replacing pressed wheel bearings with a kit, usually including the wheel hub, bearing, snap ring, and axle nut, is highly recommended.

On-board tools enable this task to be performed without the use of a press, and it can be accomplished directly on the vehicle, without knuckle removal, for the majority of cases.

Last weekend I had 3 separate incidents involving wheels not being torqued properly and almost falling off, On this particular vehicle I ended up replacing 2 broken wheel studs and 3 wheel lugs.

Torquing your wheels is one of the easiest things to do but also the easiest thing to forget.

Remember to torque your wheels to the manufacturer specifications and have them re torqued after 100kms of driving
