Our proposal for a new townhouse development in Agassiz received first and second reading from Council this week and will move forward to a public hearing on August 21st! This project includes amending the Official Community Plan and the Zoning to allow more compact housing, providing 8 new homes in place of 1 just a 5-minute walk from downtown Agassiz. Outside of municipalities, new developments may require an access permit from the local Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI) office. OTG has many years of direct experience working with MoTI and can handle this process among the many other approvals required for development.
