I would like to extend my gratitude to the Masters for the exceptional training day yesterday in preparation for our upcoming testing. I am impressed by the support and sense of community among our Masters in Western Canada and their commitment to the Art and fostering our growth. Happy 60th Anniversary to our International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) March 22nd, 1966.

I appreciate our training sessions. We train, learn, and laugh along the way. Always great energy, so much fun, and I value our friendship too. 🥋👊😁💛
