Happy October 1st! 🌿

Fall is one of my favorite seasons! I tend to find beauty in all of them, but I do have a soft spot for Fall and Summer .

As the cold weather slowly creeps in, and we pull out our sweaters, hats, and mittens. I'm here to announce that we still have some of our fall headbands left!

The power of physical activity! 👏

Guys...it's been a minute since I've been able to show up. Between a cold and shoulder pain the odds were not in my favor.

This morning I woke up with shoulder pain, but I was stubborn about getting back to it.

Mid workout I could feel the pain in my shoulder start to improve. It's still bugging me but I can tell my body needed this.

What can you do today that will get your body moving? 🤔
