Not quite what I envisioned, but maybe that is the beauty of it. Slowing down, piecing it together at the end, and capturing the moments that stood out most.

Instead of passing the time with an in flight movie, I reached for my pen. Travel feels different now. I notice more and take the time to capture it.

This was a quick sketch from the start of our day somewhere between Ottawa, Toronto, and San Diego. Just a simple moment on paper.
