Advice I’d give you to grow your business if I wasn’t scared of hurting your feelings:
1. Stop hiring done-for-you marketing companies.
Most coaches hand over their marketing because they don’t want to learn it. Then wonder why they’re spending money with little to show for it.
2. Stop trying to help everyone.
If you talk to everyone, you’re speaking clearly to no one. Become a specialist.
3. Your skills aren’t good enough yet.
You don’t need another certification.
You need more reps.
More content.
More conversations.
More sales calls.
4. Spend the $10/day.
A small ad budget will teach you more about marketing than months of hoping organic suddenly takes off.
5. Stop posting lazy AI content.
AI can help you create better content. It can’t replace your thinking.
