Did you hear about last week's Banff SaSquash Open which is a squash tournament hosted by the Rocky Mountain Resort and the Bow Valley Squash Foundation?!
As one of the sponsors of the tournament, I had the honor to hand out prizes to the winners of this sanctioned Squash Alberta tournament.
The picture was taken in the court, right after Liam Waterous (middle), a Bow Valley Local, won the Men's Top Division. Jarred Brink (Vice President of BVSF) on the other side was the Tournament Director.
Apart from the fact that I love playing Squash, I was impressed with the Bow Valley Squash Foundation in particular because of their Junior Outreach program which allows kids to play and be taught for free. It's a great program!
