Port Dalhousie has such a beautiful urban forest. No wonder St.Catharines is called the Garden City. They have lofty goals of planting 10 000 trees this year! Go For it!

iI is official! We have been granted non-for profit status from the Government of Alberta! Urban Forest Initiative Association is ready to move forward with it’s first fundraiser. Chrissy Nickerson has painted this piece specifically for us, 40 x 72inches, Urban Renewal, oil on canvas is a beautiful rendition of Canmore’s Policeman Creek. Opening bid starts at $250O.CND
The painting is valued at $5500. Our goal is to raise $7000. In our profile on this Instagram page is a link to the auction or cut and paste link above. We are very excited to move forward with our spring planting plan of 2024.
