It's already time for another yin class. Come and join me this Sunday for an option to use a lot of props. Props are amazing for so many reasons;
- helps you to experience the poses you do often in a different way. Oftentimes bringing new sensations or new depth to the poses you already know.
- using props can help make poses more comfortable or accessible.
- can help your nervous system switch back into relaxation mode.

To make this class extra cozy you may wish to bring a blanket to make this week's class extra comfy. All other props will be available at the studio.
