π STEMOTICS Summer Camp β Week 2, Day 5! ππ€
What an amazing way to wrap up another exciting week of STEM learning at STEMOTICS!
Our Robotics campers explored the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence using the VEX AIM robot. They programmed their robots to recognize and detect different balls and objects, then automatically respond by shooting the correct target.
They also spent time learning coding through Minecraft Education, combining creativity, problem-solving, and programming in a fun and engaging way.
Our Coding & Game Design campers continued creating interactive projects with MakeCode Arcade, explored AI-assisted coding, and took their first steps into website design with Wix, learning how to build and customize their own websites.
Our Science & Technology campers built LEGO models using LEGO SPIKE Essential and created their own electrical circuits using copper tape, LEDs, batteries, and switches.
They discovered how electrical circuits work by building circuits that could turn lights on and off. They also explored the science of static electricity through fun balloon experiments.
Our Young Robotics campers built a moving Ferris wheel using LEGO WeDo, programming it to spin at different speeds while learning the basics of robotics and coding.
The day was filled with hands-on STEM activities, outdoor fun, basketball, soccer, playground adventures, teamwork, and plenty of smiles!
Thank you to all our amazing campers and families for another fantastic week. We can't wait to welcome everyone back next week for even more exciting STEM adventures!
