They needed a safe place. Now we need a community.

Boston Terrier Rescue Canada is welcoming 26 Boston Terriers into rescue – the largest single intake in our history.

These are young dogs from a family situation that simply grew beyond what could reasonably be managed. When help was needed, the family reached out.

And we’re grateful they did.

Thanks to an incredible network of volunteers and foster homes, all 26 dogs are now in Ontario and beginning the next chapter of their lives.

But their journey is only beginning. An intake of this size represents an enormous commitment and stretches rescue resources in ways few people ever see.
Veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, diagnostics, transportation, supplies, and ongoing support for 26 dogs will place a tremendous strain on our rescue in the weeks and months ahead.

Today, we’re asking our community to help ensure we can give every one of these dogs the care they deserve.
