Who’s behind ? James Tedesco!
Since 2004, James Tedesco has produced or directed multiple projects in the media, child development, talent, dance, and entertainment industries. He has acted as Executive Director of several successful companies including The Grace Organization, Inspire Dance Challenge, CANi Workshops & Conventions, CAM Media, Competition Wizard, Inspire Dance Magazine and InspireConfidence Org. He directly oversees talent acquisition and expertise development in most projects. With an intimate knowledge of child development, this father of three dancers enjoys experiencing the competitive dance journey with his kids who have won accolades both locally and on the world stage as well as professionally directing one of Canada's favorite dance events. He has been on the stage, back stage, on the adjudication table and behind the dancers in many ways over the past several years. The CDA Program is a media concept bridging the gaps between the needs of the event organizers, the customers and the Judge by providing a "tool kit" for adjudicators addressing the changing needs of our industry today.
