Just Breathe

Seems as if it’s easy to say “Just Breathe” but it’s much harder to do for me and maybe you can relate. Breathing deeply...improves blood flow, and your immunity, calms anxiety/stress and helps with sleep, increases energy and reduces inflammation in the body. To many amazing benefits to not breathe a little deeper! Today focus on the breathe..Just Breathe 💟

Left/Right Brain 🧠 .

Do you use the left or right side of your brain more? Do you know? Most of us live in the left side of our brain, it’s in charge of the past/future, critical and analytical thoughts, aaannnddd stress hangs out in the left brain. The Right side of the brain is the present moment, where creativity, intuition, & imagination form. 🧠
The brain is split down the middle into the two hemispheres and no different than our body if we work our left side more than the right we will be off balance. Meditation can provide that balance between the two hemispheres and thickens the corpus callosum, a band of nerve fibers that connects the left to the right allowing communication of the two hemispheres. Now is the perfect time ⏰ when we have more time to try out Meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ Lets take your right brain to the gym!! 💪🏼

It’s all Connected//We’re all Connected .

Feet...the shock absorbers on our body! We spend a lot of time on our feet, in shoes, work boots, skates or even flip flops etc. Our feet should move freely, we have a lot of bones and ligaments in our feet and they should be able move well. Protect the feet.....walk around bare foot (feel the ground beneath you), roll the feet out with a tennis ball, spread your toes apart with your fingers or use one of those things they use at a salon when they paint your toenails (sorry not sure the proper wording of what they are called lol) , or if your lucky enough have someone rub your feet 🦶🏻
