diving into the failed attempt from a previous contractor you can see the poor framing and insulation attempt. Note the daylight coming from under the door! So sad to see contractors who have no idea what they are doing costing homeowners thousands in repairs- .

this is what happens when you side load a chain! Even after I told them not to😡 , weak link was found ( not on chain😱🤣) somebody owes me a chain! @ Calgary, Alberta
