My woodworking philosophy is simple:
A cutting board should be made from one solid piece of wood whenever possible. No glue-ups. No fillers. Just real wood.
Every board is finished by hand using our family’s traditional blend of melted beeswax and olive oil, a recipe passed down through generations.
Why? Because I prefer to keep lacquer and varnish away from the surface where you prepare your food. Just natural protection that lets the beauty of the wood shine through.
